AIR

Air sounds simple but it isn't really.
To find good air today is a sort of a problem

Rules are simple:

stay away from industrial or dusty areas and keep the air humidity around you between 50% and 60%

Air temperature in the area should drop down below 0 degrees C at least once a year.

Keep plastics and foams out and away of your house (softmakers (plasticizers) in plastics and other chemicals are pure poison) !

Ventilate your house/shelter fully at least once a day

Wet-clean your house at least once a week

Apply mechanical filtering through tissue or ceramics where possible to keep micro-particle quantities, suspended in the air, down.

With the above rules folowed, you should have an acceptable air quality in the house.

Some dust pre-filters are strongly suggested if   proximity to big cities or other dusty areas, like deserts or construction sites, is unavoidable.

Below there are some simple and self-explaining steps to how to do an improvised face mask (dust-mask or wearable air-filter) from an old t-shirt

I kept the design as simple as possible so that even a 6 year old child would be able repeat the steps.

From the upper part of the long sleeve from the t-shirt a simple air filtering neck piece is easily done.

WATER

Water is as important as the air (we all know, right? 45-75 percent of our body is water) Mostly people already know where to get water from and how to treat it. I will add few methods here which might be  less known. From the air (basically producing/collecting water vapor) - Air is almost always carrying water vapor. To collect it one would need a surface which is cooler as the surrounding air, to condense the water. In some cases fine meshes (or any other cold material/powder with a big surface) which can catch the water droplets from the saturated air (keep in mind that this water would also contain most of the dust and chemicals from that air too..) One could create water vapor from the salt water - through evaporation or to get the salts out and apply reverse-osmosis. Water could be extracted from the ground - mostly on the lower end of the hills and mountains (either collecting directly or through evaporation) Some layers of the earth are not letting the water through a...

THIRD WORLD WAR ANALYSIS

Counting in all geological, political, geographical and cultural facts, when do you think the 3rd world war will start? ChatGPT Geopolitical Tensions : Rising tensions between major powers such as the United States, China, and Russia could potentially escalate into conflict. Current hotspots include the South China Sea, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. Economic Strains : Global economic instability, trade wars, and competition for resources might exacerbate international tensions. Economic downturns historically increase the likelihood of conflict as nations grapple with internal pressures. Technological Advances : Cyber warfare, artificial intelligence, and advanced weaponry could change the nature of conflict, making it potentially less predictable and more dangerous. Environmental Stress : Climate change and resource scarcity, particularly water and arable land, might lead to conflicts over these critical resources. Political Instability : Internal political instability within m...
